Junmin Jiang--助理教授

姜俊敏博士的主要研究方向包括模拟与电源管理集成电路设计,集成电力电子系统,全集成电源管理芯片,开关电容变换器等。于2017年获得香港科技大学电子及计算机工程博士学位,导师为Wing-Hung Ki教授。2018-2021年就职于美国硅谷德州仪器公司核心研发部分基尔比实验室(Kilby Labs Silicon Valley),从事最前沿电源电路与系统设计,具有丰富的工业界经验,拥有专利10余项,包括美国专利4项。姜俊敏博士在集成电路设计领域顶尖期刊和会议上共发表学术论文20余篇,其中一作论文包括集成电路设计领域被誉为“芯片奥林匹克”IEEE ISSCC论文2篇,和顶级期刊JSSC,TPEL等。担任ISCAS,ICTA等学术会议技术委员会委员,及JSSC,TPEL,TCAS I&II,TVSI领域内多个知名期刊审稿人。2017年获得 IEEE固态电路学会颁发博士成就奖。
