Kai WANG--Associate Professor

Prof. WANG Kai is an Associate Professor in Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Southern University of Science and Technology of China. His main research interests are materials, devices and packaging of LED and quantum dot LED. He has published over 110 SCI journal papers, which have been cited over 2700 times with an H-Index of 29, and 1 academic book, and authorized 25 granted invention patents in China and 2 in USA. His research achievement was awarded the second prize of the National Award for Technological Invention in 2016 and the first prize of the National Ministry of Education Award for Technological Innovation in 2016. He is the recipient of Guangdong Natural Science Funds for Distinguished Young Scholar.
