My Interpretation: Everything (in terms of information) exists only after being projected into a specific coordinate system (defined by a series of orthogonal basis functions) in one's mind. Therefore, everything is relatively defined by the observer. Your everything is different from his everything. No absolute everything exists in terms of information!
